Software Support Terms and Conditions

9.1. Term. The duration of the maintenance and support services is as indicated in the offer. For the sake of clarity, the offer offers the client the option to select a single year or a multi-year coverage period. if such a coverage period is selected, the selected period represents the duration. The Customer is contractually obligated to pay the Fees for the entire duration of the Term, and unless terminated before the End of the Term in accordance with the terms contained herein, the Service Provider is required to provide the Customer with the selected level of support for the duration of the Term. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds, in a final and non-appealable judgment, that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the extent possible in accordance with the stated intention of the parties, while the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. 6.1.1. On-site services. The customer can purchase on-site support services. 7.5. Disclaimer. The Service Provider is not responsible for maintenance and support, updates or other maintenance and support work to the extent that problems arise because Customer (i) misuses, incorrectly uses, misconfigurs, modifies or damages the Software; (ii) uses the Software with hardware or software not recommended by the Service Provider; (iii) uses the Software in an unauthorized location; (iv) does not install an update to the Software if such an update would have resolved the issue; or (v) use the Software in a manner inconsistent with the License Agreement. 12.13. Severability and Reform. Each provision of these Terms of Assistance is a separate enforceable provision.

If any provision of these Support Terms is or is held to be unenforceable or illegal, that provision will be rescinded to the minimum extent necessary for these Support Terms to survive in accordance with their terms as modified by this Reform.
