3.02 (a) Deduction of Dues: The employer shall deduct union dues from the income of each employee whose position is covered by this Agreement and shall pay to the Union all regular union dues no later than the 15th day of each month following such deductions. These Union contributions shall include 1. facilitate the sharing of successful editorial content, projects and ingenuity; Agreement for dismissed employees. 7.08 The time limits referred to in this Article may be extended by mutual agreement.
